Work with me...

***NEW GROUP SESSIONS STARTING FEB 2022 IN IPSWICH, SUFFOLK***

I am launching a weekly in-person sophrology group - the first since the pandemic - at a convenient venue in Ipswich.  We will be focusing on supporting mental and physical health, using a powerful blend of mindfulness, meditation, dynamic relaxation, breathwork and visualisation.

The cost will be £10 a session, or £64 for a block of eight sessions - but this is flexible according to your budget.

Please get in touch via the website if you would like to register your interest in joining us - I would love to welcome you there!

And you can read testimonials from previous group participants on my 'Testimonials' page.

Online or in-person individual sessions

Now taking on children aged 7 and above, teens and adults (both men and women) for individual tailored sessions, either online or in-person depending on location and preference.  Online working has been very effective during the pandemic, and is for many preferable in terms of ease and accessibility.  However, I am pleased to be able to offer face-to-face sessions too again for those in the Suffolk area.

Please get in touch to learn more.

Fees

I offer a first session of up to 90 minutes and then subsequent sessions of up to an hour.

Each session costs £50.

But please get in touch if you are on a small budget and we will work something out together - I don't want cost to prevent access if at all possible.

Covid support package

"WELLBEING IN THE TIME OF COVID" PACKAGE: I am offering a wellbeing support package of five online sessions for £220 - a saving of £30 on the usual price.  This will focus on building up your (most probably) depleted resources and strength, and helping you to cope with this ongoing crisis.  It is turning out to be a marathon, and not a sprint, and we're all getting tired and facing real challenges.  Let me help you get through this.

(SPECIAL REDUCTION FOR NHS, TEACHERS AND KEYWORKERS: this package is available to keyworkers for £180.  I come from a family of frontline workers, and I know how hard this time is for you.  The risk of burn-out is real, and the end is not yet in sight.  It would be my pleasure and privilege to support you.  Please get in touch to learn more.)
